I recently bought a “real” camera for an upcoming trip and became very overwhelmed trying to teach myself how to use it. Luckily I found Joe. Joe put me at ease with his gracious and empathetic demeanour. Although he obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge, Joe listened to what I needed, and kept his teaching to my skill level. Not only did he clarify many of the basic operations of my camera, he also taught me how to compose better pictures. I now feel confident going on my trip!
